Job Description
Coastal Elite Transport is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the company. The Office Assistant will ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, and will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Assist with the preparation of documents and reports
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
